National History Day is an educational program that gives students in grades 6-12 the opportunity to learn about interesting issues, ideas, people and events of their choosing. Students can present their historical findings in an original performance, documentary, paper, website or exhibit. The findings must relate to an annual theme.
This year's theme is
Turning Points in History. Possible topics can be found in science, sports, art, military actions or culture.
