The Esko High School summer training program will focus on developing:

  • Joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination.
  • Jumping ability and explosiveness through plyo-metric exercises
  • Speed, agility, quickness, acceleration, and deceleration
  • Strength and power via an individualized strength development program

WHEN: Beginning June 10th Through July 31st

  • 7th -8th grade Boy sessions are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 – 9:30.
  • 7th – 12th grade Girl sessions are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 – 10:00.
  • 9th -12th grade Boy sessions are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 – 10:30.


  • Esko Athletic Complex / Fitness Center / Blue Gym


  • 7th – 12th  20 sessions training program is $100.00 (includes T and Gym membership)
  • Make Checks Payable to Esko Community Education.  

WHY: (Students that participate in the program)

  • Increased vertical jump by an average of 2”
  • Decreased 40 yard dash time by an average 0.2 seconds
  • Increased Bench Press by 50%
  • Increased Squat by 125%
  • Are significantly less likely to suffer an athletic injury during the season.
  • Greater percentage of athletes who participate earn all-conference honors.
