Mrs. Schramm

Welcome to Mrs. Schramm's webpage

Here is a little background on myself…..I was born and raised in Duluth. I am a graduate of Proctor High School. I attended UM-Duluth for two years and decided on an education major, then transferred to UW-Superior and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood minor. I did part of my student teaching in Esko.
My first job was teaching preschool at Congdon Creek Preschool in Duluth where I worked for about three years and subbed in the public schools on my days off. After a few years, I went back to subbing in various schools in the area, including Esko. I ended up completing a DCD long term sub position in Proctor, applied for a job here in Esko and was hired at the start of the 2001-2002 school year. I liked working with the students and the paraprofessionals in my classroom so much, I decided to go back and get my DCD licensure.
During the next two years I worked on my licensure, my husband Tom and I had our first child, Drake, in June 2002, remodeled one house, and then built a house. Four years later, Tom and I welcomed our second son, Benjamyn into the world in September 2006. Both my children attend school in Esko.
I am a Den Leader for our local Cub Scout troop, and enjoy running, reading and spending time with my family.
I am currently in my 14th year here in Esko working with students in grades K-12. I enjoy my profession and get to follow the students I work with for their entire Esko career! This is very special and dear to my heart!

Esko is a wonderful district to work in!
