Mr. Wickenheiser

In our classroom, the students get actively engaged in order to understand concepts, learn as individuals, small groups, and as a whole class. I believe each student needs to be challenged where they are at and produce quality work in order to move on. Learning should be stimulating, interactive, and meaningful!

Practice and quality in our room are emphasized on daily work rather than points. Students are graded on quality work completion, quizzes, projects, and tests.

Students typically learn math for approximately 70 minutes, science for 30 minutes, reading for 60 minutes, and social studies for 30 minutes a day.  We have Phy Ed 4 times a week, and Media, Music, and Technology twice a week.  Students work on art projects and are also able to participate in Band.
